What happens if I don’t make a payment or my payment is late?

If you do not make a minimum payment by the payment due date, as shown on your statement, you will be charged a late fee of £12. If you cannot make a payment for any reason, please call us on 0845 602 7795* as early as possible and we will do what we can to help.
