Can I still make a payment even if I don't receive a statement?

You should receive a statement each month, if you do not please call our customer services team.  However, you can still make payments at any point during the month even if you have not received your statement. You can also make more than one payment in each month, but remember to ensure you cover the minimum repayment each month which is 3% of your balance or a minimum of £5, whichever is greater.
